" Hi! I am Dave Foydel with expertvillage.com. In this next video you will learn how to escape from ropes. This next one here is a nice rope escape. Again you just need a regular piece of rope, which I am going to wrap along my wrists, and I am going to get my mystic magic hands to come over here and tie me up; go ahead and tie me nice and tight, little tighter than that, don't be a girl, come on, here we go, get it them nice and tight there, perfect. So I am nice and tight, just like that, can't get out, so what we are going to do is I am going to try to get out on the count of three, so when you guys start counting to three, I am going to be completely out of these ropes just like this, so it will take us just a second, it is kind of getting hot in here a bit, but we are trying to get out of these ropes in no time at all, so just like that, one, two, three and we are completely out and that was the rope escape. So here's how it goes, this is a regular rope. What you do is you wrap it over your wrist and you'll wrap so it crosses what I called the X up here on the front of your wrist, not the hairy side but the non-hairy side of your wrist like this and you'll put your other wrist together and flip it over and that will give you the secret right there. Now if it is not, if it is down here and you do it, this won't work; you won't get out of that rope very easy, so make sure the X is up here like this, and if I can have my magic hands come over here again and tie me up, I will show you how quickly you can get out of this and they can really tie you as tight as you want in this, it won't matter. I guess if you know they really pulled tight your hands might lose circulation or what not, but it can be as tight as tight as you want and all you have to do to get out of this is twist your arms. Now you will see I have a big gap right there in my hands where I can pull this out, and put it back in if I want and I retied just as easy, so it is just a matter of just twisting my hand, pulling this one out and pushing it back in to be in and out of this. It is a great comedy bit if you wanted to do this, you know as you go under here, you are out real quickly, you can get a drink of water, come back, you are back tied up again, in and out just as easy and it is a great little routine, it is a comedy rope. "
